Now I live with my family in Reykjavik capital.
I've worked in the golf industry for the past 17 years as a greenkeeper. For the past 7 years I worked as a course manager for the largest golf club in Iceland, the Reykjavík golf club which is the second largest golf club in Europe with just under 3000 members.
I have been hunting grouses, geese, ducks, puffins and blackbirds all over Iceland since I was a teenager. I have hiked many mountains and camped all around. I love being in the Icelandic nature and breath the fresh air. So, my interests are mostly in outdoor activities, that's why I was so excited when I decided that now I wanted to change my path and start working in the tourist business in Iceland.
I would like to give you a premium experience touring in Iceland. I want the experience to be a light and fun way of exploring the Icelandic nature and all that it has to offer. Mountains, volcanos, glaciers, geysers, lagoons, northern lights, culture and so much more. I know many extraordinary places, out of the typical tourist loops that I am eager to show you!
I will have a wide range of cars available, all from mini buses to super jeeps. I will also offer you a taste of Icelandic culture on the road such as Brennivín (Black death), hákarl (shark), harðfisk (dried fish) and such.
I am a likeable guy and my goal is to make sure that you have the best and the most fun time in Iceland. I want you to feel like you are seeing Iceland with a friend rather than a guide. I'm very flexible about the itinerary, if the weather changes or if you change your mind about what you want to see and/or have a special request.
A Recent Review of this guide
Very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about Iceland. In spite of bad weather and extremely short notice he still managed to plan and take us on an interesting tour. Great sense humour. Would thoroughly recommend
