First of all - let's admire the gorgeous Ravenna mosaics! I will help you to do so on a fascinating guided tour in the Church of St Vitale (VI cent) and the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia (V cent)
After or before the guided tour of the glorious mosaics, we can enjoy a very Italian experience: MAKING HOMEPASTA SUCH AS TAGLIATELLE AND PIADINA (typical local DOP flatbread).
Telling you all about our historical food traditions, I will take you to a local Osteria or Piadineria in city centre, The staff will welcome you, and provide your "personal trainer" to teach you… Try to imagine please - flour, eggs, rolling pin and… work!! The best part of the experience will be LUNCH eating your own delicious culinary specialities!
