We wanted to taste and experience authentic Ecuadorian food and Elizabeth delivered. Not only did she take us to local markets, introduced us to various fruits and vegetables, food, pastries, chocolates, she also threw in some history about the place, people and the country. So the tour was not only tasteful/delicious, it was also very educational. We would highly recommend Elizabeth (and her driver) as your guide.
