Private wheelchair accessible tour
About an hour south of Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful botanical garden. Orchids, bromeliads, buganvilias are some of the amazing plants you will see. Enjoy hummingbirds? There are many birds to be seen while visiting the gardens. And butterflies? The butterfly gardens attract both the butterflies and the hummingbirds. Along the way to the gardens from Vallarta, we will stop by Los Arcos Marine Park for beautiful pictures. Once at the gardens, we will explore the different buildings and garden areas. There is a wonderful restaurant where we can enjoy a cold beverage or fresh meal. Time permitting, we can stop at a tequila distillery on the way back to Vallarta. This is an artisan distillery where tequila is made in small batches entirely by hand. The tour is flexible, so we can spend a little more or less time at each place depending on your preferences.
We will meet at your Puerto Vallarta location and travel south through town. Our first stop is at Los Arcos marine preserve and roadside tiendas. From there, we will continue south to the Vallarta botanical gardens. We will spend approximately 4 hours at the gardens. This includes an hour for lunch and 3 hours exploring the building and trails of the gardens. We will head back north to visit the quaint town of Mismaloya and the artisan tequila distillery. Finally, we will head back to your Puerto Vallarta location.
