We will visit the cosy and musical city of Lucca and city of Pisa where Galileo studied
This tour will be a surprise for most of you
Lucca: 1 hour driving, this is a Roman town enclosed by massive red brick walls. Built between 16th & 17th century, they are unique because easily walk and ride bycicle on top of them. If you like to bike we can do that too!
We will walk or bike along via Finlungo, the main axis of the historic core, which is lined with ancient houses and towers and stop at the Roman Amphitheatre
Then will explore the Puccini's house, the church of San Michele and the Duomo of San Martino with its rich decoration, both typical example of Pisano Romanesque style
We will move on to Pisa. Stop at the Leaning Tower square with its Duomo, Battistero and Monumental cementery
Remember that if you wish to climb the tower during March - end October is better to buy tickets at www. opapisa. it for 4 pm, they allowed 30 pax each 30 min.
