Sylvia was very knowledgeable about Venice and obviously loves her city. She was personable and even offered to meet us at our hotel and ended the tour there as well, which was helpful being that Venice is a labyrinthine place and we had just arrived there. The tour was extremely interesting and everyone enjoyed it. I would give it 5 stars, except that some in our party of 4 could not hear her sometimes as she usually directed her speaking directly to one person near her and some areas were noisy.
