Q. If you need a tour guide and a photographer, how many professionals do you need?
A. With Kumi, you only need one!
I studied photography at the International Center of Photography in New York. My photos have been used in the program for the Tokyo production of the Broadway musical "West Side Story, " as well as on various CD covers and concert fliers.
During the escorted tour, I will capture all your delightful moments, and send you the JPEG photos after the tour. You may also order a compact photo book (4 x 6 postcard size). If you're interested in photography, I would be happy to share some tips as well.
So, where would you like to go? What kind of things would you like to experience in Japan? If this is your first time in Japan, I'd highly recommend my "1st Time in Tokyo" tour.
This covers a very old temple, a traditional Japanese Garden where you can enjoy matcha green tea, and a futuristic town called Odaiba. You can experience the great contrast, old and modern.
The shorter version of this tour is "Tokyo Japanesque Private Afternoon Tour. "
I have some other exciting tours, so please check out the tours listed below and feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Since this is your private tour, I can customize them according to your requests.
I'm looking forward to having a blissful time with you!

A Recent Review of this guide
Kumi was a fantastic tour guide - very knowledgeable, organized, and a true pleasure to be with. Her photographs that she took of my husband, Jeff, and I, were beautiful and have provided great memories of our day in Tokyo. I would highly recommend her- you will be so pleased. She was also very generous in suggesting other places in Tokyo we should visit on the following day, based on our interests.
