Visit Roosevelt Island a unique two-mile-long island considered part of Manhattan wedged between Manhattan and Queens. Travel by a red tram to get awesome aerial views of Manhattan's Eastside and skyline. A place that New Yorkers and visitors have never step for on. Roosevelt Island has been known as Welfare Island, Blackwell Island, for its Smallpox ruins, hospitals, asylums and more. Newly built FDR Freedom Park & Cornell Center and FDNY Special Services Unit. A couple of surprise stops may be included such as visiting the community garden on the island where they are composting (subject to change without notice).

Get on Red Bus that circles the Island
