Susanne was very punctual and cordial! She knew her way around the Metro system. At the cemetery she had a well thought out lesson plan with maps, props and photos. The cemetery was vast and by far the largest we have visited. If you want a very educational yet entertaining tour - especially you Jim Morrison fans, this is it. I would plan on at lease three hours were we to do it again. This is outstanding!
