Visit of the British Museum and/or the National Gallery
Choose a tour of the highlights of the British Museum or the highlights of European paintings in the National Gallery, or a shortened version of both in half a day.
In the British Museum you can see world famous antiquities, from the Rosetta Stone and Egyptian mummies, Assyrian reliefs, the Greek Parthenon friezes, object from Roman Britain and a lot more.
In the National Gallery, I offer a fascinating tour of priceless paintings from Europe including England from the 13 Century up to the Impressionists.
Your guide will collect you at your hotel, or if easier at the main entrance to the National Gallery or the British Museum, depending on your choice of museum. Your knowledgeable guide will give you an overview of the museum and do a guided tour of the highlights (must see) art works and historic objects on display.
