Private Tour of the Scottish Capital City.
A great wee trip, impressive landmarks abound as we go East, to the Capital of Scotland. Stop at the famous Forth railway bridge a Victorian masterpiece of engineering and go into both the New town and Old town of Edinburgh's fair city. Then after lunch the mystery of Roslynn chapel.
The second most visited tourist destination in the UK after London. We drive for an hour to stop and admire the 3 bridges across the Firth of Forth. Group photo stop at South Queensferry. It is considered an iconic structure and a symbol of Scotland, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Next a must see Gothic building, Fettes college, especially for Harry Potter fans. Touring into the 18th century New town and see classical buildings like Georgian House.
Then over to medieval Old town, and dominating above the city Edinburgh castle. Around the Scots parliament and Holyrood palace going up Arthurs seat for panoramic city viewpoint. Somewhere, nearby for lunch and last stop Roslynn Chapel and find out more about the Knight Templars, and the other mysteries associated with the Da Vinci code.
