A tour to the world famous landmark of Acropolis, which has become a symbol of ancient Greece and to the stunning Acropolis Museum. A chance to discover the masterpieces of Ancient Greek Art and Architecture and to understand the significance of the ruins. Travel from the past to the present through thousands of years of fascinated history.


We enter through the south slope of the Acropolis to avoid the main crowds. See the Theater of Dionysus, the birthplace of Comedy and Tragedy and discover the unknown cults of the area.
Pass through the Propylaea, the ancient monumental entrance, admire the temple of Athena Nike and head to Parthenon, the most impressive temple that dominates the hill. We definitely won't miss the Erechthion with its unique porch of the maidens.
Learn about Greek gods and heroes and the fascinated myths of Athens. Hear about the innovative architecture of the monuments, the scandals involving the artists, the everyday and political life of classical Athens that made the city one the greatest in the world. Take in the breathtaking views of Athens from the top of the hill.
We continue with a visit to the spectacular Acropolis Museum, a modern architectural jewel that hosts the treasures from the sacred rock, sculpture and architecture masterpieces.

Meeting location: At the main entrance of the Acropolis Museum (Dionysiou Areopagitou 15 pedestrian street) or your hotel, if centrally located upon request.

End location: At the exit of Acropolis Site or Museum (Dionysiou Areopagitou pedestrian street)
