We will talk about the major events preceding the revolution of 1917, ascent to the throne of Nicholas 2, the transition to a constitutional monarchy, Russo-Japanese War.

We will visit places associated with famous people of the time like a ballerina Kshessinsky, Princess Olga Paley, Felix Yusupov, Grigory Rasputin, Karl Faberge who was favorite jeweler of the imperial family. You will hear about fads of inhabitants of St Petersburg shortly before an uprising. This tour gives you new ideas about Russia and fine pastime.
