Francesca was a wonderful tour guide! Couldn't recommend her enough. Knowledgeable, informative and helpful. We had our six year old son on the tour and she would try to make it as interesting as possible for him by pointing out the animals and other fun facts in the sculptures and art. The "skip the line" options was the only way to go if you are in Rome for a limited time. I would highly recommend anyone to use her when In Rome.
