Picturesque views on the way to Sóller, Valley of Oranges
Ever since 1912 the Sóller railway has been running a daily train service along the 27. 3 km route between Palma and Sóller, without interruption. This vintage wooden train will take you on a one-hour ride over the Tramuntana Mountains and into the cool Soller Valley. The old town of Soller is typically Mediterranean with French influences with narrow winding streets. We will savor ice cream made from sweet Soller oranges, taste sobrasada, Mallorca's favorite pork dish, visit a village shoe factory and enjoy an authentic Mallorcan lunch. In season, from mid-October to January, we can also visit a local extra virgen olive press.

I highly recommend Gina and this tour! She is so nice and went out of her way to take us to areas that we wanted to visit and was never in a rush. Gina is also an excellent driver through the windy, narrow, mountain roads. We never would have seen the beautiful towns of Fornalutx, Deia, Valdemossa or Soller without taking this tour. Our college age daughter and her friend loved it too! This was one of our top experiences in Spain and the sites were breathtaking!
