A Unique Scottish Experience with a Local Guide
Totally awesome 3 day adventure! So much to see and do on this epic tour. This is the real Scottish highland experience that will amaze you everywhere we go and everytime we turn. Discover landscapes, seascapes, Lochs & Glens, castles and whisky distilleries. The first day we make our way up to the legendary Loch Ness. Having a nice variety of stops in-between and we arrive at Loch Ness for 2 night stay.
Day 2 we drive onto the Isle of Skye for you to explore this magical island. Steeped in history and myth, stunning viewpoints and eagles above. Other possible optional extrason this day, include the Talisker distillery, a sea boat cruise and the Eilean Donan castle.
Day 3 we drive down the main West coast road, which is probably the longest continious most stunning route in Scotland you can imagine. Including Glencoe and Glen Etive and Loch Lomond then back to Glasgow.
Don't forget to bring your spare battery for your camera!
Day 1 - Heading towards Stirling, the heart of Scotland. For some sight seeing and story telling near the castle and royal palace. Then take a wee look at the village at Doune and tea/coffee here. Then leaving the lowlands going up to the highlands by a very scenic drive. Including Glen Etive, Glencoe and fort William town. Going up along the great glen to 'monster' Loch Ness.
Day 2 - Superb drive down Glen Shiel and find out more about the Jacobites and heros like Roderick MacKenzie. Expect to see some red deer and goats to Eilean Donan castle. "Over the sea to Skye" as the ballad goes and admire the misty isle. Drive up the red Cullins mountain ranges to the black Cullins at Sligachan. Onwards to the Talisker whisky distillery and return by same route to Drumnadrochit.
Day 3- Down the Great Glen, stop at Spean bridge for any tourist merchandise. So many viewpoints to behold. Visit a very quaint old pub and stop by yon bonnie banks of Loch Lomond before Glasgow.

Please note that some historical monuments have their own guides and staff on site, and I will be unable to guide inside of these buildings/sites.
In my vehicle, children must use a child car seat until 12yrs or 135 cm, UK Law. No babies.
