Full day Old Kamakura Historical Exploration Tour featuring classical properties and natural beauty
You can satisfy your strong interest in exploring the first samurai government city where you can still find a lot of Zen Buddhism temples and Shinto shrines built in the Kamakura period, dating back over 800 years.
Kamakura is geographically surrounded by steep cliff and mountains in three directions and sea in the other one.
Therefore, it has been naturally impregnable fortress which was easy to protect, but hard to attack.
You can view plenty of invaluable properties. such as one of the oldest wooden statues of Mercy of Goddess with eleven heads in Hase dera temple, and the outside seating bronze statue of the Great Buddha in Kotokuin temple, and the most famous shinto shrine, Tsurugaoka Hachimangu shrine.
You can enjoy viewing not only historical properties but also natural beauty like plenty of seasonal flowers in Hase dera temple garden and beautiful Yuigahama beach.
