Come and see the monuments not to be missed in our beautiful city

Verona is an ancient city of art, history, and culture. Known troughout the world as the "city of love" thanks to the romantic story of Romeo and Juliet, it is also famous for opera perfomances in the Arena and summer theatre festival at the Teatro Romano. In 2000, Verona was ploclaimed a World Heritage City by Unesco. Every year, its historical centre is visited by hundreds of thounsands of tourists, who admire its historical-architectural beauties and enjoy the countless shops, restaurants, and companies within its walls.

We start our walking tour near the Roman Amphitheater called Arena, and then we move on to a panoramic spot overlooking the Adige River to admire the hills, Castelvecchio with its bridge and the Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes. On our way to the Roman Forum, we cannot miss the Roman Gate Porta Borsari from the first century a. C. We will reach the market square Piazza Erbe to admire the several monuments and houses that sorround it. Piazza dei Signori, next to it, is the drawing room of the city, elegant and aristocratic. The tombs of the della Scala Family (Arche Scaligere) are a masterpiece of Gothic art. The Roman Theatre and the Roman Bridge Ponte Pietra will bring our visit to an end before moving to the most famous tourist attraction: Juliet's house. Here you can leave of piece of paper on he wall with a love message written on it. Good luck!
