This hasn't been my only job ever, I have been teaching languages since. . . always, as this is the family business, and I got to know the tourism industry since I was very young as it was my early passion. Hotels, airlines, tour director. . . All this experiences have made me a very versatile person, which helps a lot with my actual activity.
For six years I have been the Chairman of the Madrid Tourist Guide Association, which shows my compromise with and faith in this profession which I find absolutely wonderful, as it is so to be able to share with my guests, my friends, all the magnificent heritage that surrounds me. I find so much satisfaction into seeing how you are delighted with your holiday choice that it encourages me even more to make more and more research in order to share it all with you. I have fun doing what I do as a living and that is the reason why you will have fun too.
Who says that museums or history are boring? Our museums in Madrid hide so many treasures that you will long to come back as soon as possible in order to continue getting to know them. . . with me!?
That would be fantastic.

Susana is just a lovely person. She is a fountain of knowledge. Pleasant, engaging, and dedicated to history and art. Our son hurt his finger catching it in a taxi door and she took us to a pharmacy and got things taken care of using another knowledge of natural remedies - he was ok in a day - a musician that uses his fingers to make a living. She took us on a walking tour in Madrid and a tour through the Prado. It was fantastic!
