P. citizen. I'm an open-minded friendly guide with good sense of humor and Duracell energy and enthusiasm.
As a private guide I can offer you very warm atmosphere of the tour - you will spend your time with a person who really loves this beautiful city and ready to share this passion with you, who knows how flexibility is important for any traveller and who can be a really good friend, not just a guide. Plus - I have thorough knowledge of the place and good skills in logistics to make your trip perfect ))
I understand perfectly how bad organised are cruise bus tours, my dear friends - do not do them. They expensive, they slow and the same time very fast - bus-museum-bus-port. If you come to St. Petersburg this beautiful and slow in nature city - what you need least of all is to jump from the bus to museum from museum to bus with no chances to see anything out of the program. My best way to spend time here - relax, walk through the streets, take cup of coffee to go in the local place, enjoy the wind from the rivers on the hundreds of embankments, have close look to the life and visit a couple of important museums during the day in comfortable slow pace. You will get such a big experience of local life!
INFO FOR BALLET FANS - it is better to buy tickets using authentic sites of theatres. I am so sad that online resellers sell those tickets triple -five time more expensive that they really are. Ask me for the true sites, I will give you links to english versions and you will buy them directly from the theatres.
I am only for high quality service and true prices in everything.
I am able to organise tours on short notice, tours for big groups, walking and tours by car and PRIVATE TOURS (NO-BIG-BUS)))) for CRUISE PASSENGERS - they are safe, you will get the same visa-free arrangements that from the cruise but cheaper several times and with personal attention and absolutely safe with my experience of 10 years)
You are welcome to Saint-Petersburg! I am happy to meet you here!
A Recent Review of this guide
Polina is fluent in English. She is very informed, intelligent, engaging and was open to answer any of our questions. Our walking tour was approx. 4 hours in length. The tour was flexible, and informal and shared detailed historical & social insights, in a conversational manner rather than from a set text. She was one of 3 guides we used during our trip to Russia, and was the best.
