the highlights of Vienna's leading art museum, the Kunsthistorisches Museum with your private guide
This tour focuses exclusively on the 2 main departments of the Kunsthistorisches Museum of Vienna: the picture gallery as well as on the Art Cabinets of the Habsburgs amassed in the course of a couple of centuries.
The re-opened „Kunstkammer" (for your comprehension we could loosely translate it as „Cabinet of curiosities and arts") showcases a unique former private collection comprising one of a kind works of art.
The other collection we focus on while touring this museum is the picture gallery which is (being the sister of an academic painter) very close to my heart. It's absolutely worthwhile a visit as the collection enables me to show you the development of European painting from the Gothic era up to Classicism. I promise you a memorable experience while wandering through this picture gallery, the fourth largest in the world.
This tour begins right in front of the museum.

Adriann not only educated us about Vienna and its contributions to the world of art, she rolled out the red carpet and whole-heartedly gave us Vienna with great love and passion. Aside from her superb knowledge of art, music and the history of Vienna, she was also helpful in our navigation of the city on our own. We felt very taken care of by Adrienn. She is an example of personalized hospitality at its finest. Her love for her home is clearly evident in her craft.
