Highlights of Amsterdam in 3 hours
This tour introduces you to the city of Amsterdam. The capital of the Netherlands is an amazing city with a rich history and has much to offer city visitors. Also, in my opinion, the city only reveals its secrets when it is discovered on foot.
During this tour, I will talk about its origins, its expansion and its development as a city from the 12th century till present day.
Special focus will be put on the rise of the city during the Dutch Golden Age in the 17th century.
We will visit the main attractions the city has to offer, but also the less famous spots, which are difficult to find when you are a stranger to the city.

Ravil was a great guide and very accommodating to our schedule. He met us at our boat hotel which was away from the normal city hotels. He adjusted and slightly extended the tour to take advantage of our location. He is very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of Amsterdam. We walked about 4 miles during our tour and the pace was quite comfortable. Overall, we had a great tour and would recommend Ravil to our friends and family.
