From first contact, our dealings with Carol were a pleasure. Both in our pre-tour correspondence and our actual tour outing, she was a balance between the well-studied professional and the convivial friend. To the general tour, we added the challenge of tracking down the 17th century ruins of my wife's ancestors' home, thus a certain amount of flexibility was necessary. Carol was unfazed. By the way, she is a skilled and conscientious driver. Bryan Frink, Ashland, Oregon, USA
