Very knowledgeable. Great with our kids (ages 9 and 12). We appreciated that he let us set the pace, but made sure we got to see all the major attractions. He was there with facts and history at each stop but allowed us to just enjoy each attraction as a family. We truly enjoyed our afternoon with Akira.
