Segovia fullday tour.

Segovia is a beautiful medieval city, declared by UNESCO a WORLD HERITAGE SITE. Located just 90 kms away from Madrid, it takes only 30' by the high speed train to reach it, or 1 hour and 15' by car, and we cross the mountains of GUADARRAMA to enter the Región of CASTILLA Y LEON. (The Old Castilla).

The main monuments of the city are the impressive roman acqueduct, from the first years of the II century, the biggest one in the world, downtown, Stone by Stone. . . unique!. And the medieval castle or ALCAZAR, at the very edge of the hill on wich the old medieval city is located.
During the Middle Ages, this castle was one of the favourite residences for the kings of Castilla , among them, for the Queen Isabel the Catholic.
Segovia is also famous for its restaurants, where you can try the "cochinillo asado" or roasted suckling pig. . a very pleasant destination to find yourself in other times. . .
