My day job is in the aviation business, which takes me to airports all over France. However, Bordeaux is where I call home, for many reasons, mostly to do with food and drink! I have a keen interest in wine and gastronomy, as well as a love for learning languages.
Well, alongside my pilot's licence I'm qualified as a professional interpreter, but I guess the most important qualification I hold is that I have been on a lot of tours!
I've been lucky enough to cruise with many companies including Seabourn, Azamara, and several others.
I've seen some great tours, some not so great tours, and some frankly awful ones! Based on my experience, I hope to provide you with a quality tour without many of the "kinks" I have come across in my travels.
One thing I have always appreciated when travelling is being taken "off the beaten track" and getting something really authentic. I will always aim to do the same with my guests.
