A Private Tour of Guimaraes and Braga, from Porto.
A car trip from the city of Porto to the first city of Portugal, Guimaraes, where the country was born.
The first castle still preserved, the Royal House "Casa dos Duques" and the old center of the city are some of the highlights of the old city of Guimaraes.
Then a visit to the city of Braga and it's Santuary of Bom Jesus, with the first water moved elevator tram in the world, still in use, and it's beautiful views over miles, also, we will visit Braga Cathedral and Sameiro Church.
This tour is flexible and will adapt to your preferences.
Leaving from the city of Porto, in the highway for about 1 hour, we will arrive to the city of Guimaraes. After a visit to the first Castle of Portugal and the Casa dos Duques, our first Royal House, we will proceed to the old center of the Town, to walk around and have lunch in the main square, outside if the weather is inviting.
After lunch we proceed to the city of Braga, a short distance away, and visit the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus "Good Jesus" and the wonderful views over the city, also, we will visit Braga Cathedral and Sameiro Church.
The back trip to Porto is done in the highway and it takes about 1 hour.

End location: I will drop you of at your hotel or cruise ship.

Transportation on a 5 seat and 4 door, sedan car, with AC.
It's also available a van with 9 seats, price upon request.
