Enjoyed an educational and jam-packed day with Micol Mazzeo, traveling from Bologna to Parma where we saw the highlights, discovered the manufacture of Parmigiano-Reggiano, enjoyed a prosciutto tasting, a delightful lunch at Angiol d'Or near the Duomo, then on to Modena for a wonderfully educational balsamic vinegar tasting and a "best of Modena" tour. Micol was very knowledgeable about the art and architecture of the area, made dinner reservations for us in Bologna and walked us back to our hotel.
