See all that Paris has to offer in one single day (7h), with pick up at Eurostar train station.
A day to remember forever! Famous monuments, style, culture, fun, a touch of history and good food! In a word: PARIS!
Although we can entirely customize this tour, I usually organize the day so as to see:
-The Louvre (outside)
-Eiffel Tower from Trocadero
-World famous Stained-glass at Sainte Chapelle (10€)
-Montmartre (Sacre Coeur)
-Place des Vosges
-Arc de Triomphe
-Saint Louis island
. . . and a lot more!
Sweet and savory stops are also on our route. I'll include street markets, tasty macarons and the famous Berthillon ice-cream. And lunch of course!
This walking tour is a comprehensive, fun and safe one-day experience of Paris starting at the Eurostar North Trains station (From London) for a day trip.
I got 5 star ratings from previous tourists every time !
You won't ever forget this wonderful day in Paris
I will meet you at the front of the Eurostar train from London at Paris North Station with a ToursByLocal sign. You can't miss me! I'll take you back in the late afternoon, roughly 7 hours later. So please make sure you have at least 7 hours in Paris. Dinner and shopping options available near the train station if you have more time before you head back to London.
Most major tourist sights can be seen in a day, but I will also suggest lesser known neighborhoods, so that you get the full experience of Parisian life.
Meeting Point + Tour Duration
Meeting Point Options: Rail or Bus Station
Duration: 7 hours
On foot, occasionally by bus or metro. A car is possible at extra cost and under certain conditions.
Estimated Local Cash Needed
30 euros - Besides the bus/metro day pass (7euros), I will offer lunch options, in the 15-20 euro range. We can do cheaper of course.
I can enter museums, taking you to the essential pieces, but I won't give commentary on the art. For that sort of art-focused tours, I would rather you hired one of my licensed colleagues on ToursByLocal and rather use me for outdoor city walks. Thanks!

David was a wonderful guide. He was understanding of our unrealistic time frame. I highly recommend his service. We were changing trains and wanted our young teens to experience a sample of the city. It's so full of history that seven hours can't do it justice, but David did an awesome job hitting all the top spots. He speaks fluent English, was patient and engaging with our kids, and was always aware of our safety and belongings! Plus he guided us to the best croissants and macaroons we've ever tasted!
