My name is Sharon M. , and I will be glad to show you the best of Panama City, Panama Canal and indigenous villages.
I was born and raised in Panama City, Panama. My experience in Tourism starts in 2003, after I received a Bachelor Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management. I have worked in different areas of the tourism field: airline reservations, incoming tour operators, hotel management, event planning (local and international conferences), and as a tour guide. I was certified as a Tour Guide and Tourism Promoter by the Panama Tourism Authority in 2012.
Being a tour guide in Panama gives me the opportunity to show our visitors the best of Panama City and the towns nearby. Of course, any trip to Panama must include a visit to the Panama Canal, but there are other places that are worth a visit, and I am sure you will enjoy. One of my favorite tours is a visit to the Embera Indigenous Village. It combines a cultural experience within a natural environment.
As part of my Panama City tours, I include a visit to Casco Viejo, one of Panama's top destinations. It is also called Casco Antiguo. I will be glad to show you the most important buildings, squares and churches of Panama City's colonial district, while you learn about the Hispanic legacy and admire the European and neoclassical art of its buildings.
For transportation, I normally drive my 2017 Hyundai Tucson, and it can accommodate up to four passengers. If more seats are needed, I can rent a bus.
Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have. If you are looking for a customized tour, I would be happy to help with the arrangements.
I am looking forward to welcome you in Panama! Hasta pronto :)

By is train is great way to see the far reaching flood plains of the canal. Sharon then met us at Colon and off we went to tour Portbello and then a long trip to SAN Lorenzo. Roads were adventurous but we saw so much of the country as well as a sense in the socio-economics of the country. Not only were we able to take a ferry crossings the canal pathway but coming back we took the bridge right through the locks after a big ship had passed. Very cool!

I am not permitted to drive to the San Blas Caribbean coast, but I can hire a driver approved by the indigenous authorities, in order to do trips to the San Blas Islands (Guna Yala Indigeous Region).
