Learn how to prepare a Palestinian dish
A local chef in a cosy home welcomes you and takes you step by step to prepare a dish of a select Palestinian delicious dishes. All the cooking process will be video taped and handed to you after you finish preparing and enjoying your meal.
Join us to learn the hidden culture and stories behind the delicacies of Palestinian famous dishes. The list of dishes includes, but not limited to:
Dawali (rolled vine leaves)
Mahashi (stuffed zucchini, aubergine, tomato, bell pepper. . . )
Potato in the oven
. . . . and many more
At 10 am we will meet and go where the class will take place
At 10:15 am we will tour the market to get the ingredients needed for cooking, including veggies, spices, etc.
At 11:00 am the class will start.
At 2:00 pm lunch time
At 3:00 pm the class will end.
