After living abroad for many years, in Singapore, Belgium, and Finland, we came back to Norway in 2008. Living abroad, especially in Asia, made me curious and interested in other cultures and languages. It also made me appreciate my Norwegian heritage and want to share it with others.
I love being back in Norway and I'm look forward to meeting and showing guests coming from all over the world our wonderful capital city Oslo.
There is a saying about Oslo: "The blue and the green, and the city in between". The blue sea and the green hills surround our city. Our city has a unique location, close to the nature, the forest and the sea and is quite simply beautiful and accessible. Oslo is also a busy cultural city hosting twice as many music concerts as Stockholm and Copenhagen put together!
The fun life doesn't stop in the wintertime, many kinds of winter sports are available for all to enjoy.
And don't forget the artworks from Edvard Munch and Gustav Vigeland! Their famous works are well worth a visit too.
I wish you a warm welcome to Oslo the capital of Norway and hope to show you the sights of this inviting city.

Elisabeth was outstanding. I have taken a day tour with her before so was very happy to have her take me on a tour this time as well. She is interesting and lovely. Her private tour for me was just what I wanted to do, and she planned very well for it. I wanted to do the zip line at Holmenkollen Ski Jump and she thought ahead and made reservations for me, even though I am 87 years old she made it happen! She is well organized and thoughtful. I highly recommend her. Paul Dougherty

I have been an auhorized Oslo-guide since 2011.
In Norway you need a professional driving license to drive guests against payment. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a
separate car and driver. Or we can travel by public transport, or we may explore Oslo by foot.
