I have lived and worked in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. Thus I see Oslo from the travellers perspective, finding new things at every turn of a corner and I love to communicate what I find to the tourists. I am passionate about my city and this amazing country in the north. Its history, its natural beauty and the multiple options it can offer to the curious traveller.
I was born in Bogota - Colombia and have always been curious about the world. I went to study a Masters Degree in Business (MBA) in England where I met my 'Viking' husband and life pointed towards Norway. I have been exploring this country and learning about its culture for the past ten years. I enrolled in a guiding course in 2013, that qualifies me as an authorised guide in the city of Oslo. In my tours I will explain the history behind the sites we see, and I will tell you about how life is in this northern country. I love being a guide, it is part of my philosophy. I enjoy meeting people and sharing my knowledge and experience with them, I also like to see how different people experience places in different ways. I am an active member of the Oslo guide association and collaborate in the education committee that runs the guiding course in Oslo. I am also a mentor of Oslo guide course students. In my free time I like to go skiing, walking in the forest and riding horses. I enjoy nature and outdoor life.
Look at my tours and pick one, or tell me what your interests are and I will taylor-make a special tour for you. Get in touch and we will start planning your Oslo experience.

Victoria was a wonderful host . She anticipated the weather and revamped our schedule that included an umbrella. City Hall with its extensive murals and parade of brides & groom on "Wedding Day" was a perfect start. The National Gallery was more than Munch's "Scream" and will be housed in his new museum next to the iceberg inspired Opera House. Visit to Viking Ship Museum provided insight into the culture including building & navigational and religious practices. Victoria a a sure repeat guide!
