From Holmenkollen to the Opera house

As the name describes we will visit beautiful panoramic tops in Oslo. We will start our tour at the city centre at use the tube up to the western hills of the city - The holmenkollen hills reaches an heights of 691 meter about 2267 feet over the sea level. Our first stop will be at the cradle of ski jumping - the Holmenkollen ski jump. The tower is located at about half way to the top of the hills and is the world's newest in ski jumping technology. At Holmenkollen ground floor we will be at the world's first ski jump museum that exhibit some of the oldest ski equipment from the Viking time and an excellent exhibit of the different ski jumping towers that have been build since 1892. You can use the lift to the top with a view of 360 degrees and try the skiing simulator. We will continue up the hill to an old timbers lodge that serves wonderful cakes and traditional Norwegian food. We will return to the city centre and visit the Opera house an incredible design that allowed us to climb on the rooftop.
