Yumi was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, clearly experienced and wanted us to enjoy our tour to the maximum. If something was too crowded or closed for the day due to conditions not within her control, she quickly adapted our itinerary without any fuss and explained the changes to us. We had a great day with her.
