Vera is very knowledgable, friendly and professional. She will adapt the tour to include special interest areas, for example my wife wanted to learn more about Belgium's lace history. So Vera took us to the lace museum and explained the history of the rise and fall of lace in Belguim. We also signed up to have Vera take us on a tour of Brussels the next day. She did a great job there too! It was great having the added benefit of consistancy of one excellent guide.
