Discover the secrets of Odessa with a knowledgeable local guide

Welcome to Odessa. During this amazing full day tour you will see all the most popular sights and experience the best parts of the city with a local guide.

This tour is for people who are visiting for the first time. We'll see all of the things you would see on an ordinary tour - they're certainly worthwhile. But I will also show you the special things that make Odessa great.

As your private tour guide, I can adjust the schedule, duration and activities to meet your needs. Please let me know of any special requests you have. This is a comprehensive tour that may be tailored to your interests like museums, Jewish or German heritage, architecture, churches/religion, etc. Anything that can fit one day is good! You choose. However, if you cannot last for many hours and are only interested in some special items please take a look at my other shorter tours as they may suit you better as well as turn out cheaper.

I suggest the following 'must see' things. We may not have time to visit all of them. Please let me know your priorities and top interest. We can be flexible and include items from shorter tours in this list (e. g. Jewish Heritage).

- Opera House (the most beautiful in Europe),
- Potyomkin Steps,
- Mother's-in-Law Bridge,
- Palaces: Pototskiy (Fine Arts Museum), Gagarin (Literature Museum), Tolstoy (Scientists' Society), Abaza (Museum of Western & Eastern Arts), Novikov (Regional Museum), Naryshkin,
- Monuments: Catherine the Great, Duke de Risheleu, Count Vorontsov, Pushkin, etc. ,
- Cathedrals,
- Synagogues,
- Passage,
- Philarmonia,
- Arts/Crafts/Souvenirs Lane (at the Cathedral square).

- Archeology,
- Western & Eastern Arts,
- Regional History,
- Fine Arts,
- Pushkin Apartment,
- Jewish History.

Also, if you make a lunch break, this makes it longer too.

We can take either taxi or public transit and also do some walking. In fact, this tour is mainly pedestrian.
