Anneke was very efficient in communicating with us before the trip and met us exactly as planned at our hotel. She proceeded to show us Brussels for the next 4 hours. She is very knowledgeable & charming. We learned a lot of history of Belgium and Brussels, and in the process also were able to enjoy wonderful chocolates from many excellent chocolatiers, waffles and superb fries with, a first for us, mayonaise. We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour with Anneke and were lucky to have found her.
