Having found the courage to view the site of 9/11 I now have peace. Remo was informative and entertaining. He was mindful of physical needs in pace. He showed reverence for the tribute that is evident in the recovery. I learned so much about a variety of topics; I didn't know there was so much more to see in Lower Manhattan. Can't say enough good about the experience from start to finish. Booking - a breeze. Very professional agency. I plan to return with friends! Bravo!
