Times Square to Grand Central with a private guide
A walk from the bright lights of Times Square to the elegant grandeur of Grand Central Terminal and the many sights between! Times Square is where over 750, 000 people gather on Dec. 31st and wait until midnight to watch the New Years Eve Ball descend and mark the turn of a new year. There are 100s of massive brightly lit advertising displays which are actually mandated by NYC! Central Park, New York City's backyard is 843 acres of entirely landscaped park! Rockefeller Center, built by John D. Rockefeller through the nadir of the Great Depression, provided an economic boon to NYC at the time; Rockefeller employed over 75, 000 construction workers to build this brilliant commercial complex. And over 70 years since the completion of the first 14 buildings of Rock Center (as we affectionately call it) it is still a high functioning office complex. Grand Central Terminal is really one of the gems of New York City. There are many beautiful and amazing secrets of Grand Central that I would love to share with you
We'll meet near Times Square and meander up to Central Park, over to Rockefeller Center and from there down to Grand Central Terminal. All brilliant sights with many stories and there's lots more between them!
