Discover Montevideo's highlights in a special 3 hour tour
Welcome to Montevideo a big, natural port with a friendly, small town feel, Montevideo is one of South Anerica's hidden gems. Learn about Uruguay's unique history and culture with its Spanish , Italian and also British background.
The historic heart of Uruguay's capital is a mixture of the 19th and 20th centuries colonial, Italian and French architecture as well as the downtown commercial district, art deco and neoclassical buildings in contrast with the shopping malls and modern high rising beach districts, such as Punta Carretas and Pocitos which bear more resemblance to Miami or Copacabana.
Sports, theater, music, carnival and the arts in general are alive in this fascinating seaside city. Enjoy the coastline with its magnificent waterfront avenue called Rambla.
¡Montevideo is your home, make it a memorable experience!
