In the spring millions of flowers are in bloom in Holland.
We will drive trough the bulb fields and visit the flower park Keukenhof, where 7 million bulbs are planted each year.
Take your camera!
We will continue to the Schermerhorn windmills in the countryside North of Amsterdam, where we'll see how we keep our feet dry in a country which lies for 30% below sea level.
Climb to the top of the mill!
We'll have lunch in picturesque old whalers town De Rijp and continue trough the Beemster polder(reclaimed in 1612) to cheese town Edam with its public weight and taste the different varieties of cheese.
Next stop is Volendam, souvenir heaven, where you can have your picture taken in the local costumes.
From here you can take the boat to Marken, former island, where the 1800 inhabitants live in tiny wooden houses.
Here I will pick you up at the Dock for our journey back to Amsterdam.
