Two day tour
There's so much to see during a visit to Croatia, but a day trip to Krka National Park is a must. Enjoy spectacular views en route as you wind your way up the Coast from Dubrovnik making stops along the way. Arriving at the park itself, you won't believe your eyes as you walk along the Krka River witnessing shades of blue and green seldom seen.
Krka National Park is one of the Croatian national parks, named after the river Krka that it encloses. It is located along the middle-lower course of the Krka River in central Dalmatia, in Šibenik-Knin county, downstream Miljevci area, and just a few kilometers northeast of the city of Šibenik. It was formed to protect the Krka River and is intended primarily for scientific, cultural, educational, recreational, and tourism activities. It is the seventh national park in Croatia and was proclaimed a national park in 1985. Krka National Park is an area of exceptional natural beauty. It follows the flow of the River Krka, which has its source 3 kilometers northeast of Knin. The Franciscan monastery on the island of Visovac, along with Krka Monastery, are the area's most important cultural and historic monuments.
Also on our way back to Dubrovnik, we will stop in Trogir/Split where you will be able to visit this beautiful town on the Adriatic coast.
