It is a well-known fact that the annual wildebeest migration is the greatest wildlife spectacle, in addition to this eighth wonder of the world, you will also find a variety of safari options ranging from game drives to early morning hot air balloon trips. Kenya's beaches are among the world's best. Our calm seas are ideal for all kinds of water sports and the fringe of coral reefs are home to a remarkable variety of sea life.
I have always enjoyed being outdoors in nature, so it was pretty much a given that I would end up settling on a career that satisfies my outdoor enthusiasm. However, this was not always the case, after graduating with my first-degree in Business Management, I joined the corporate world in the hotel industry and quickly rose to the position of General Manager within 2 years.
I took a career turn as I was undertaking my MBA, guess I could not ignore my calling, I started working as a freelance tour guide from September 2015. I have now been working Kenya's tourism industry for the last 3 years and happy to say I have never looked back "living the dream" and I am eager to share my knowledge and experiences with you.
I enjoy spending time guiding travelers, helping them to experience Kenya's lifestyle, culture wildlife and rich natural resources and I pride myself on my ability to add personal touches to every tour I conduct. It is extremely important to me that my guests return home with experiences to remember.
A Recent Review of this guide
This tour was amazing! I would recommend Simon (and this particular tour) to anyone who is visiting Kenya and wants to get a well-rounded taste of Kenyan history, art, and culture. Nairobi can be dizzying, but Simon's friendly and knowledgeable guiding slowed it all down for me and left me eager to visit again soon. Simon is the man!
