Experience Myanmar's capital like a local
Having a population of more than 6 million people Yangon is the biggest city in Myanmar. However, the city does not have many skyscrapers like Bangkok or Singapore. For this reason, Yangon is spread out into many remote outskirts.
City buses and local trains are the main public transportation means and they are still travelling on the same roads and rail tracks that were built by the British in the 1940's.
On this guided tour, you will get to experience both of these traditional and local transportation methods and live like a local.
Journey on the famous Circular City Train for approximately one hour. During this time, you will have the opportunity to mingle with locals and discover the secret and hidden parts of Yangon. The people in the country are naturally friendly and hospitable in the whole nation.
Adventure back downtown by bus before enjoying an afternoon walk through the old Indian Quarter and bustling Chinatown which truly come to life after 5:00 pm with street food and local beer stations.
An exciting day to discover the hidden gems of the city is ahead of you.

We had a great day with Tom! We appreciated his command of the English language. He taught us about Buddhism with clarity and showed us the highlights of Yangon (Rangoon). We gave him a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating.
