Live streamed from my Mother's kitchen in Lima, Peru
Eating new and unfamiliar foods is one of the great joys of traveling and a wonderful way to explore a different culture. Danmar & Aaron open the doors of their house and kitchen so that you can enjoy the typical Peruvian cuisine.
Peru is becoming known around the world for its products and cuisine. The people who lived in Lima in 100 BC used to worship the sharks and the Pacific Ocean was their major food resource. Today, Peru grows around 500 different kinds of potatoes, while asparagus and quinoa cereal are exported around the world.
In this tour we will show you the ingredients Danmar will use at the kitchen. We cook a traditional recipe from Peru. Afterward, you will be a witness of how Danmar will prepare the dishes. Also, you will learn how to mix a perfect Pisco Sour.
This is a Live Virtual Tour delivered personally and live by me using live video conferencing software.

I was not sure what to expect in our test of a virtual live cooking tour but Aaron(and his mom) made the hour pass very quickly. He is quite personable and knowledgeable and the only drawback virtually is you cannot enjoy the smell and taste and the pisco sour!!
