Heritage, Contribution and Customs of a small community
Parsi Zoroastrains are followers of Zarathustra (1500 BC) a Persian Prophet who was the first to preach the existence of one God (Ahura Mazda), resurrection of the dead, heaven and hell, and many other aspects of the Abrahamic faiths. I am a Zoroastrain.
Our tour with concentrate on the practices, contributions, culture, and institutions of the Parsis by visiting their most significant sites like Bhikha Behram Well of miracles (1725), Parsi Dairy Farm for yummy desserts (1916), Taj Mahal Palace Hotel (1903), Parsi General Hospital (1912), private Ripon Club, a Parsi only club, where I am a member and we will have lunch (1884), Cusrow Baug (1934) a Parsi only colony with a fire temple, Parsi Alpaiwalla Museum (1981), and any others we have time to squeeze in.
If we have the time and if you are interested, we will go inside the UNESCO heritage VT train station to see 1 million people catch their trains.
We will tour for 3 hours, have lunch and tour for 3 more hours. We can skip lunch, and tour all 7 hours.
We will tour for 3 hours before lunch at the private Ripon Club that I am a member of, and for 3 hours after lunch. You can choose not to have lunch and tour for the entire 7 hours if you have the energy.

Meeting location: I will pick you up and drop you off at your South Mumbai location of choice, including the Green Gate of the Cruise Terminal, and the domestic or international airport.

We will be chauffeured around in a air conditioned car or SUV depending on the number of people we have on the tour.
