Wildflowers, Lakes, Forests and Waterfalls

Come experience the Mountain as it reveals its wonders to us! Mount Rainier is a glacier-clad alpine wilderness that begins bursting with wildflowers in July. We will see waterfalls, lakes, and alpine meadows. The focus on this tour is on getting up-close to nature and away from the crowds, so minimal time will be spent at Visitor centers. There will be a cooler to pack your lunch in and I will be encouraging you to eat snacks along the way. This is a full day where we invite the Mountain to "get all over us" as we do a series of brief and vigorous hikes. Bring good hiking shoes and make sure you've charged the camera up. You will be taking LOTS of pictures!
