Ermanno was a fantastic guide and now a friend in Venice. Being a multi-generational native, he had wonderful history and perspective of the city. We were running a few minutes late, and he was flexible and responsive to our last-minute communications. He took a few family photos for us and had an abundance of energy and enthusiasm. He kept us away from the crowds and showed us areas we would never have found. It was a delightful 3 hours!
