Paola was a wonderful guide, easily understood, a font of knowledge, and fun to be with. She was the kind of person we would choose as a friend. She was punctual. She helped us to gain insight into La Scala, it's history, it's larger than life personalities with interesting anecdotes. She has an encyclopedic knowledge about the Duomo, it's art and architecture. She can convey all this information in an easy to understand manner. We would definitely use Paola when we are again in Milan. Highly recommend.
